ABOUT THE WELL

The Well is a ministry of Franklin Vineyard Church dedicated to preparing the people of God for the next move of God.

Rooted in worship, prayer, and spiritual formation, The Well exists to create a space where the Body of Christ can gather, be equipped, and be activated into their God-given calling.

Our mission is to cultivate an environment where believers are strengthened in both spiritual gifts and Kingdom principles for everyday life. Through intentional teaching, worship, prophetic ministry, and prayer, The Well provides opportunities for people to grow in their understanding of their identity in Christ and to step confidently into the gifts entrusted to them.

Each gathering follows a rhythm designed to encourage both impartation and activation:

  • 6:30–7:00 PM: Prophetic ministry

  • 7:00–8:00 PM: Equipping classes (spiritual gifts and life skills rooted in Kingdom principles)

  • 8:00: Worship and ministry time

Success at The Well looks like people coming into a deeper understanding of their personhood in Christ and actively operating in their unique giftings and callings. It is marked by a growing expression of the gifts of the Spirit within the church and a culture where many are empowered to teach, impart prophetic insight, lead worship, and minister to others. The Well is a place of preparation, activation, and release—where God’s people are equipped for what He is doing now and for what is yet to come.
