Grant Pemberton serves as Lead Pastor of Franklin Vineyard Church alongside his wife, Sarah. Together, they have planted a church and have pastored two other churches, bringing a depth of experience in church leadership, discipleship, and spiritual formation. Their shared passion is to see the Kingdom of God come on earth as it is in heaven and to cultivate communities marked by grace, truth, and the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.

Grant is a regular preacher and teacher, known for delivering biblical and practical messages on kingdom living, spiritual warfare, and everyday discipleship. His ministry reflects a deep desire to help people encounter Jesus in real and transformative ways and to equip believers to live out their faith beyond Sunday.

In addition to his pastoral calling, Grant holds an MBA in Finance and spent ten years working in the financial industry, followed by many years involved in real estate. This professional background uniquely equips him with strategic insight, organizational leadership, and a strong understanding of stewardship—gifts he brings into his pastoral leadership and church-planting work.

Grant is also a co-host of two podcasts, God Is Not a Theory and Everyday Exorcist, where he engages thoughtful conversations around theology, spiritual authority, and the lived experience of following Jesus. He serves alongside others in Multiply Vineyard, the church planting organization within Vineyard USA, helping equip and support leaders as they plant and sustain healthy, Spirit-led churches.

Above all, Grant is a devoted husband and father to two boys. In his downtime, he enjoys getting out on the golf course and relaxing with a good cigar—simple rhythms that help him rest, recharge, and stay grounded.

Tahisha is a lover of revelation, a champion of people, and a professional gatherer of humans. She leads The Well at the Franklin Vineyard, where she helps create spaces for encounter, connection, and the joyful discovery of what God is doing right now.

She’s especially fond of all things prophetic, believes God still speaks (often creatively), and is always ready for a good conversation that includes revelation, laughter, or both.

Armed with a degree in Psychology and a pastry school education (yes, both), Tahisha understands the human heart and how to properly pair it with baked goods. If there’s coffee brewing, pastries on the table, and space for people to be fully themselves—you’ll probably find Tahisha there.
