About the Building Campaign

Project Overview

Phase 01
✓ Completed

Our Phase 1 was completed in 2025 and involved a full remodel of our current facilities, along with paying off our current church property.

This remodel was completed with the future in mind, which will continue to see our current building utilized for children and youth throughout Phases 2 & 3.

Phase 02
→ In Progress

This phase has a projected city approval date of September 2026 and a 10-month construction phase, slating this project to be completed by Fall of 2027.

This phase will be comprised of a new building that will act as our main sanctuary, which will hold up to 500 people and allow our church to continue to grow and reach our city! Inside the new building, there will be new restrooms equipped to

accommodate the size of our congregation, a prep kitchen to allow for more fellowship and feeding events, and two classrooms that will accommodate nursery and new mothers. Phase 2 will also include a much-needed parking lot expansion by adding an additional 200 parking spaces.

The total projected cost of Phase 2 is $2,500,000

Phase 03
🅧 Awaiting Funding

This phase does not have a start date but will be approved with phase 2 as a part of our master plan for the property. This phase will be comprised of a new 15,000 sqft church facility.

We are asking you to prayerfully consider investing in the future of the Franklin Vineyard Church.

Our ability to complete Phase 2 will allow Franklin Vineyard to reach more people in our city, helping to move closer to our vision of seeing more of God’s Kingdom come on earth, as it is in Heaven!

Building Updates

July 2025 - May 2026

Phase 1 - Beautifying the Space

Our next step in this journey of renovating our space was to beautify it. We wanted our church building to be like a chapel because it already had huge, vaulted ceilings directing your attention and focus upward. We added in aesthetically pleasing sound panels on the back of the worship stage, a fully enclosed drum cage, a state-of-the-art LED wall (apparently, it's the most clear LED wall in all of Middle Tennessee!), and the final piece was a handcrafted stained glass window put together by one of our beloved church members! We went room-by-room, looking at ways to update and make our building both functional and flexible. Each Kids Ministry room is painted beautifully for Sunday worship, and they also function as prayer rooms during the week for our Healing Prayer Ministry where we've had hundreds of hours of prayer (and answered ones at that!). Not only did we want our building to be updated, but we also wanted to make sure that it was a space that people wanted to be in.

Phase 1 - Building Updates and Renovations

We have been given a very lovely space at 308 Jordan Road, and it's been well used! Over the last twenty plus years, we have tried every which way to make the building work for our people, and when Grant and Sarah came in as lead pastors in 2024, the first thing that we wanted to do was take care of the space that we had. Though it's not the most glamorous of updates, there were issues of wear and tear on our building that needed immediate updating: new HVAC units, new roof and stucco, new lights throughout the building, etc. Though not the most fun thing in the world to have to put money towards, we felt like we needed to take care of one of our most important assets: our people. We installed modern locks (that we could access from our phones!) and security systems along with cameras so that we could have knowledge of everyone coming in and out of the building. All of this was to care for our current space and for our congregation, and that was simply just to get our building up to code and up to date.
